DOT Beach Vibes is a beach bar, restaurant, and event destination located in Voula, Athens Riviera, Greece.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, services, reservations, private events, and all related activities.
By using this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, menus, branding, and design elements, is the property of DOT Beach Vibes unless otherwise stated.
You may not:

  • Use our branding or visuals for commercial purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with the website’s functionality or security

We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time without prior notice.
3. Reservations & Event Inquiries
Reservations and event requests submitted through the website, contact forms, email, Instagram, or telephone are considered requests only and are subject to availability and confirmation by DOT Beach Vibes.
Private events, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and beach parties may require:

  • Advance confirmation

  • Deposit payment

  • Signed agreement depending on the nature of the event

DOT Beach Vibes reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.
4. Payments
For selected events or private bookings, advance payment or deposit may be required.
Payment terms, cancellation policies, and final pricing are agreed individually for each event or reservation.
Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the reservation or event type.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Last-minute cancellations may incur charges

  • No-shows may result in cancellation fees

In cases of severe weather, force majeure, or safety concerns, DOT Beach Vibes reserves the right to postpone or cancel events.
6. Events & Venue Rules
Guests are expected to respect the venue, staff, equipment, and other visitors.
DOT Beach Vibes reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who:

  • Cause disturbance or damage

  • Display abusive or inappropriate behavior

  • Violate safety regulations

  • Bring prohibited items into the venue

External sound systems, DJs, decorations, or equipment may only be used with prior approval.
7. Alcohol Consumption
Alcohol is served only to persons over the legal drinking age in Greece.
DOT Beach Vibes promotes responsible alcohol consumption and reserves the right to refuse service when necessary.
8. Liability
Visitors attend and use the venue at their own responsibility.
DOT Beach Vibes is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Lost or stolen belongings

  • Damages caused by third parties

  • Delays or interruptions caused by weather conditions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control

All trademarks, branding elements, logos, photography, videos, and creative materials associated with DOT Beach Vibes remain the exclusive property of the company.

Terms & Conditions - the basics 

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).
